We made it home!

Nick picked us up from the airport last Friday and we were so happy to see him! He took us to my favorite place to eat, The Olive Garden, and it was yummy! That night I woke up running a fever of about 104. I thought I was dying but I really had strep throat. I'm feeling way better now and trying to get ready for Sunday. We're talking in church - lucky us!! I just wanna be done with it so I can relax. Anyway - it's great to be back.

WELL, I FLY HOME THIS FRIDAY AND I CAN'T BELIEVE IT. WE'VE HAD SO MUCH FUN THAT TIME REALLY HAS JUST FLOWN BY. WE GOT TO PLAY WITH THE WILD WHITT'S FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS AND I'M HAPPY TO REPORT THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO MAJOR ACCIDENTS. KENDRA ISN'T AS TOUGH AS HER COUSINS BUT SHE CAN DEFINITELY HANG WITH THE BIG BOYS! SHE'S ALSO HAD A BLAST WITH HER LATEST PARTNER IN CRIME - LANCE. HE EVEN AMUSES HER BY CRAWLING WITH HER INSTEAD OF WALKING.








SHE LOVES GRANDPA & WHO WOULDN'T? HE TAKES HER EVERYWHERE HE GOES. THEY FEED THE ANIMALS, GO FOR 4-WHEELER & JEEP RIDES, EAT TREATS & SHE CAN DO NO WRONG ACCORDING TO HIM.






DID I MENTION WE'VE SOLD OUR HOUSE? HOORAY!!! WE SHOULD CLOSE BY THE 17TH OF SEPTEMBER. I'M SO RELIEVED BUT A LITTLE SAD TOO. ANYWAY - IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER TIMING SINCE THE WHITTIES WILL BE MOVING INTO THEIR HOUSE IN A FEW WEEKS.








IT'S BEEN FUN TO BE HERE BUT WE ARE REALLY MISSING NICK. I WISH HE COULD HAVE CAME WITH US BECAUSE I KNOW HOW MUCH HE MISSES HOME. HE WORKS SO HARD FOR US AND I'M REALLY THANKFUL FOR HIM. LOVE YOU NICK!

BACK FOR A VISIT

I'm back in Utah for a few weeks waiting for baby Luke to make his debut. Rachel only has a few days left until her due date but this little man is really testing our patience. Anyway - I flew into SLC on Friday (my first time flying by the way) and it was awesome. Kendra did great & instead of being in a car for 10 hours, we were in the air for about 40 minutes. I was a little paranoid when we landed and felt like shaking the seat in front of me and screaming "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE" but figured we were fine from the look of the other passengers. Then Nils picked us up and drove us the rest of the way which was so sweet (we love you Nilsy). We haven't been away that long but I've been pretty home sick so I'm excited to be here. Kendra has been a wild woman at Grandma's! She's not used to having all this room to play so she is going a hundred miles a minute. She's so busy she doesn't have time to eat and she's decided that she's done with the bottle. So far we're having a great time and can't wait to see all of our family and friends!
